How Do I Join?

• Log in or create an account on our Rewards page.
• Already on Shopify? Use the same email for a seamless experience.
• New? Sign up with your preferred email, and we'll set up your Shopify account.

How Do Rewards Work?

• Earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Points appear once your order is delivered (including pre-orders).

Voucher Expiry?

• Vouchers never expire! View your voucher history in the Rewards section, and eligible vouchers will pop up at checkout.

Returns & Points

• Points for returned items will be deducted.

Minimum Spend

• Vouchers require a minimum spend (before taxes and shipping).
  • $15 off for $69+
  • $25 off for $129+
  • $35 off for $149+
  • $45 off for $169+
  • $50 off for $200+

Live Events & Discounts

• You can earn points during live events, but discounts can't be used. Use them on website or app purchases instead.

Discount Stacking?

• Only one discount code per order, including sale items (with some exclusions).

Birthday Points

• Birthday points arrive either 30 days after signup or on your birthday. If they're missing, contact us at [email protected].

Review Points

• Reviews earn points, typically within a week of posting. Missing points? Reach out to us!

Currency Conversion

• Our rewards system is in USD, so check your minimum spend meets the equivalent in your currency.
