If you've placed an order for an in-stock item, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders are immediately placed in the fulfillment queue as soon as they are placed. You can, however, return or exchange your Sash bag for any reason within 30 days of the date it is received. For more information, please read our Customer Policies here

If you've ordered something that isn't in-stock, you may be able to change or cancel your order. Just email Customer Service at [email protected] with your request. Please allow up to 24 business hours to receive a reply.
