When Will My Pre-Order or Special Order Ship?Updated 7 months ago

If you’ve ordered a Sash Bag that’s not currently in stock, no worries! Here’s what to expect:

• Special Orders: These unique bags take a little longer—typically between 4 to 7 months. The estimated shipping month is shared during the Special Order period, so you’ll know when to expect your bag.

• Pre-Orders: Pre-orders have a shorter lead time and are based on the latest manufacturing and logistics updates from our vendor partners. Once those bags are on the way to us, they typically ship out a couple of weeks later.

In both cases, we work hard to process and ship your order as soon as those bags land! Priority is always given to the oldest orders first, and you’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your bag is on its way.
